We are currently hiring all positions for the upcoming season. Below is a list and basic description.

Guest Services Associate

Primary Duties

• Execute a premier level of lodging guest experience (check in/out, concierge services, etc.)
• Maintain highest level of courtesy and professionalism when dealing with guests and coworkers
• Communicate effectively with all coworkers
• Work on any projects deemed necessary by management
• Increase revenues by encouraging purchasing of amenities, gift shop items, spa services, etc.
• Maintain a neat and tidy work station

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Extreme professionalism
• Moderate proficiency in computers
• Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Timely, dependable, & flexible with schedule
